Hello durga;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
If the blood sugar is very high you should write how much but any way increased sugar that is diabetes in pregnancy can affect your child badly if you do not control sugar or get treated for.The common effects are increased birth weight;congenital abnormalities of heart;muscles and bones and even nervous system.So please consult a Physician immediately to get treated and he will advise the proper diet for you to control the sugar.
Thanks
