Hi welcome to Healthcaremagic

Hi..., GERD is gastro esophagial reflux disease... you must avoid having tea, coffee, oily foods, hot fried items , you need to have food at regular time.. good sleep is also essential... if you follow this after 3 to 4 weeks you will feel the symptoms will reduce and and heal by 6 weeks...
Hope I have answered your question..
