I am 24 years old. What diet plan i should follow to lose weight ?

Dear doctor .i m jeena .my age is 24.height is 5.6 and weight is 60kgs.i want to lose 4 to 5 kgs of my weight before marraige.i am following a diet plan which is as follows, breakfast= one bran slice + chiken shami kabab+200ml skim milk OR One boiled egg+skim milk 200 ml snack = 7 to 9 almonds Lunch= 1 apple + 1 guava+half small melon or if melon is big then one fouth of it.some times i replace melon with watermelon +i cup of green tea without sugar. sleep for one hour evening = 1 cup of tea using 1 tbsp of everyday dry milk and artificial sweetner like SUCRAL. Dinner= 200 gms of chiken boiled spicy + 1 cucumbar+1 tomato OR 1 cup of any lentil (daal) without tarka oil ghee etc + small half chapati +veg salad same as above. I also using multi vitamin tablet(route to health) for hair nail and skin two times in a day with breakfast and dinner.and thats it i want to follow this plan for 1 month to lose 4 to 5 kgs.plz do tell me is this diet plan healthy??? can it affect my hair and lead to hair loss?? should i add something or remove something from this diet plan??i m waiting your answer deadlyyy.take cares

To lose weight in healthy manner is to take diet which is high in fiber reducing the carbohydrate intake in the diet. Foods which are rich in Biotin and Zinc help to reduce hair loss: Excellent sources include chard (spinach beet), tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and carrots. Very good sources include almonds, chicken eggs, onions, cabbage, cucumber, and cauliflower. Good sources include goat's milk, cow's milk, raspberries, strawberries, halibut (Flat fish), oats, sunflower seeds, brewer’s yeast, Peanuts, Oysters and walnuts.Include atleast any of the above two foods in your daily diet which are low in calories.
Here are some tips to be followed to avoid excess Hair loss:
1: Don’t sleep with stuff in your hair, like hair wax, hair gel, or hair spray because this sort of hair products contain different type of oils that will wrap of your pillow and then on your face causing acne.
2: Don’t wash your hair everyday because you will get your scalp and skin dehydrated from its natural oils. Also don’t wash your hair with hot water because if you do it will really dry off your scalp and your hair may fall out easily.
3: If you are one of the people with really thin hair and your hair get tangled when you browse your hair through it, the best solution to this problem that I can think of is getting layers.
4: This is for people who like to dye their hair. If you do love dying your hair, try to do it every six months, but no often than that. If you do it too often your hair will get really dry and damaged. So, try to use hair dye as little as possible.
5: This tip is for people with really oily hair. If you are one of this people do not use conditioners, because your hair does not need it.
6: If you are one of the people with dry hair do not use 2 in 1 conditioners because the conditioner in the 2 in 1 package is not strong enough, so I suggest you can a separate shampoo and a separate really creamy conditioner.
7: Buy the right shampoo. If you are one of the people with really dry hair and you use a shampoo designed for oily hair, then your hair will get even drier. So, be very careful when choosing the shampoo.
8: People with chemically treated hair, like hair that is curled, dyed or waxed a lot, you need moisture. So, if you have curly hair use moisture. If you have dyed hair you need a special shampoo that contains a substance called pentanol in it.
9: If you like to straighten your hair make sure to use a ceramic hair straightener instead of a iron straightener.
10: One last tip is to live a healthy life. Eat well, lots of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, sleep enough and try to stay out of stress.
