In this age when every one is desperately trying to loose weight, here we have you who wants to put on weight.
Most of our present day diseases are caused by over weight rather than under weight.
Body build is for the most part controlled by genetic factors and there is a limitation to how much we can alter it.
What is more important is to have a well balanced diet.
Eat food rich in protein and fat, to gain weight. But don't forget fresh green vegetables and fruits.
