I am 23 years old and i am not gaining weight even with exercise

i am 23yr old and my weight is 50 kg so iwant to increse my weight as i have regulary doing Exercises but there is no increse in weight please help me out

YES, YOU CAN, FIRST OF ALL START PLANNED EXERCISE IN GYM INSTEAD OF SELF EFFORTS. 2ND THING PLAN YOUR DIET AS PER FOLLOWS:
1.HIGH PROTEIN DIET LIKE EGGS, PULSES IN DIFFERENT FORM, MILK ETC
2.EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN DIGEST, SO WORK HARD AND YOUR DIGESTION CAPACITY WILL SURELY IMPROVE.
3.DO NOT TAKE ANY SUPPLEMENTS AS IT MAY CONTAIN STEROIDS. DEPEND ON NATURAL FOOD ONLY.
4. IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN THEN IF POSSIBLE COMPROMISE WITH YOUR STATUS AND TRY TO CONSUME EGGS AS ITS VERY FAST ACTING PROTEIN.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
Take high nourishing food,milk,eggs,pulses,dry fruits,butter etc.
Take more green veges,fresh fruits,
Take protein powder,
Take ciplactin,multivit. supplements.
Do limited exercise as doing hard exercise will consume more calories and in the food if there is less calories then negative balance will be created and you will loose your weight instead gaining!
