Hi Mercy ;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Since you had periods on 28th feb hopefully you should get your periods by 28-30th of march if they are regular.But as you are having the symptoms which suggest that you are pregnant please get the test done after next 4-5 days with preferably the mornings first urine sample.If it is positive you should consult a Gynaec & avoid any unnecessary medication from today itself.
All the best

Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Havng symptoms like nausea and vomiting oly cannt as per se diagnosis of pregnancy. Have a urine and blood pregnancy check after 15 days of missed periods. This would give better result. Confirmation done by USG.
Have a Healthful Day..
