I am 17 and feel like someone is squeezing my heart

I m 17 and sometimes my heart does this thing (that only lasts for like a minute) and it feels like someone is squeezing my heart. I just really want to know what you think might cause this. I ve never had a heart attack , but this is what it feels like to me.

Its sounding like an arrhythmia which can be common in young people especially if they have alot of stimulants in their diets like caffeine, nicotine, red bull, etc and of course street drugs. Got to mention that too you know... I would cut all of the stimulants out of the diet (this includes smoking) and if it continues tell your doctor so they can do an ekg on you to check your heart rhythm. Hope this helps. May also be anxiety.
