I am 12 years old female and i am getting acute pain in my tailbone

(I am female.) My tailbone really hurts when I sit down and stand up. It is extremely painful and I am only twelve years old. I think whatever it is, it happened when I was playing soccer a couple of weeks ago when I dove for the ball and landed hard on my behind. I m in alot of pain, what do you think happened?

As you said that you had injury at sacrum(tailbone), it is the cause of persistant pain at your tailbone.
Get x say done for that part and consult a orthopedic surgeon for further management.

hello dear
injury at sacrum(tailbone) can lead to fracture of sacrum/coccyx can lead to persistant pain at your tailbone.
consult a orthopedic surgeon get an X ray of local part done at earliest.
meanwhile take some analgesic anti inflammatory drugs like combiflam.
