I Always Have Problem Using Restroom Because Of Severe Pain In My Leg

Hi I am 60yrs old, i;ve always had priblems when using the restroom, but it has been like 4 yr that every time i got to go poop my left leg hurts really bad to the point where some times i cant get up, and i need someone to help me get up from the toilet. I dont know what to do, and or if something is wrong. i am a female and i weight 190lbs.

Thanks for query.
It seems that you have got osteoartheritis of the knee and spondilitis of lumb sacral region.
At this age there may be osteomalsia or osteoporosis.
Take more calcium,vit b comlex and multi vitamin supplements.more milk.
Go for physiotherapy.
