Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. besides hypothyroidism, hypertension, and high cholesterol you have oesophagitis with gastritis. for this you eat food with out spices, salt, sour ,and oily foods. for one month this will bring you symptomatic relief, and to some extent the readings. then you use all the restricted things by 50%. besides you can try meditation, morning walk. thank you.
