Hi,

Based on your details you have hypothyroidism which is not corrected appropriately as TSH is still higher side 13. Need to increase dose of thyronorm to 75 mcg daily

Consult endocrinologist/physician for adjustment of dose.

Amenorrhoea and weight gain is secondary to hypothyroidism

You also have sorethroat need to show ENT surgeon for local examination.Do saline gargle twice daily. You may also require short course of antibiotics for same.

Neck pain can be due to cervical spondylosis due to overweight or it can also be due to cervical myofascitis requires clinical examination by Physician/Neurologist.

Treatment of hypothyroidism itself will alleviate most of your symptoms
