Hypertension Patient, Under Medication. BP Normal In Morning, High In Evening. Why?
I am hypertension patient currently under medication. My blood pressure is normal in the morning , afternoon, but gets high in the evening around 5pm-6pm, this too if I jog goes down to normal level. But I need to know why my blood pressure goes high in the evening. Also, most of the time I had a running nose for years. Now I don't have running nose but its all clear.

You didn't mention the exact cause of hypertension .
Type of hypertension e.g. primary hypertension , secondary hypertension or essential hypertension.
Current medicines , which you are taking for hypertension.
In my opinion in the morning B P is normal because all organs are inactive .
In day time due to activities naturally systolic blood pressure elevated.
Due to overnight rest B P is normal .
In my opinion please upload all reports.
