hello sir
welcome to healthcaremagic.com
1. i would like you to see your doctor for review of your current medication for blood pressure because indapamide (natrilix) is known to increase uric acid levels and bisoprolol (concor) is known to adversely effect lipid profile.
2. Alcohol is known to increase uric acid levels but only at much higher dosage.
3. you should increase your walking, in consultation with your physician. as this is known to be beneficial in high uric acid patients.
4. if you are obese, try to reduce your weight.
feel free to discuss further
sincerely
