Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Continue the present medicine / The diastolic pressure can be brought still lower - you can increase the dose of Tazloc to 40 mg (you are now taking minimal dose only) or add another drug like amlodipine..
Rozart is for cholesterol and is good to continue...
No smoking / regular exercise / diet with less salt and fat
Regular follow up..

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

Please do not change your medication or dose by yourself, you must visit

a good Physician and adjustment in the prescription can be made.

Please consume less salt it should be
