Hurts While Peeing, Sensation Loss In Penis, Unable To Ejaculate, Penis Not Hard. What Do You Think ?

Hi.
I would like to ask you about my problem.
Everything started when I felt that it hurt when I peed. A wicked sense not scathing, I know that there is no an urinary tract infection because I have provided urine samples, etc..
After a while I started feeling a loss of sense in the penis , especially the glans ..
The orgasm has also changed, it is hardly comforting to ejaculate, it hurts.
And my penis is not that hard anymore, it stays up but thats it.
After masturbation when i pee, it hurts more, especially at the end.
I've searched around some and believe me have a clue to my problem, what do you think. I should also say that i masturbate alot, atleast 1 time per day.

I listed some of the things i believe i might have.

1. Frequent or aggressive rubbing of penile skin During manual stroking May cause microscopic cracks or breaks the skin of the penis. These microscopic cracks May allow bacteria and viruses to enter, travel and cause infection anywhere in the body.

2nd Frequent or aggressive rubbing May damage penile cell neurons and Decrease penile sensitivity Eventually diminishing sexual pleasure

3rd Frequent or aggressive rubbing Excessively by manual stroking May cause urethral damage and May form urethral scar tissue. This, in turn, can lead to urethral stricture. diminish urinary stream and cause difficulty urinating or May Decrease ejaculation volume.

4. Frequent or aggressive rubbing Excessively by manual stroking May cause penile vein damage and can lead to penile circulatory problems Such as erectile dysfunction or unsightly damaged small veins and capillaries.

5th Frequent or aggressive rubbing by powerful manual stroking action May cause damage to penile connective tissue That May result in Peyronie's disease Which is indicated by a slight upward curve of the penis shaft or bending or shortening of the penis shaft.

6. Manual frequent or aggressive rubbing of the penis may, over time, create a "callous" effect to penile skin That microscopically "toughens" penile skin. Callous-like areas of penile skin can diminish penile sensation

What do you think i should do? I have contacted a urologist, but it's a long wait and I want to do something about it myself while. I have read that it can be restored by taking a break from masturbating, what do you know about it? how long can it take for penile skin / scar tissue to heal?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

What you have written is an important issue to most men in their youth. You acknowledge the fact that you are preoccupied with masturbation and are worried about future consequences.

You have done a lot of search yourself on the topic. I would suggest that you stop masturbating every day for a week. After that pleasure yourself only when you want to and do not make it a compulsive act.

Healthy masturbation could be about 3 times a week. Daily masturbation is not bad but in your situation it has be come a compulsive mental preoccupation.

I reassure you that everything is normal with your penis and you need to be a bit gentle during masturbating. Using excessive force can hurt you.

If you are unable to control your masturbation habit by yourself, you could consult a qualified psychiatrist and they will help you.

Hope this works.
