Hurt Nose, Bleeding, Bruise. Took Advil. Will The Bump Go Away?

Hi yesterday in the pool with my friend I hit my nose really hard against her head, we were going down the slide together and it hurt like hell, it bled for just a couple minutes but stop but theres a bump on the area that got hit basically the bridge, the rest of my nose is fine, i dont think i broke it or anything since my nose isnt crooked i think its just a bruise, yesterday the bump part was soft but now its hard, i did put ice and took advil, im just worrying that the bump will be there forever or will it go away! please help

Hi,
It seems that due to injury on nasal mucosa caused bleeding from nose.
Continue with ice application.
Take anti-inflammatory medicine for 2 days.
Take one antibiotic medicine course if swelling persisted or becomes painful.
Ok and take care.
