Huge Bruise On Calf Below Knee, Yellow Lump In Middle, Pain. Could It Be Serious?

Hi I have a huge bruise on my calf just below te knee on the back of my lecture it is yellow in the middle with a lump them red and purple and then normal bruise coulor on the outside with like lines of bruise coming off of it, I also get a shooting pain in my thigh if I have been say down for a while and then get up to walk. It s all on the right leg. Could it be serious?

Hello

First a question from my side and i want to know how did you end up having this bruise and since how long has it been there?
How you have described it seems you have a localised infection in a post traumatic hematoma which is just a collection of blood which got infected.
If possible you may answer my query and than i would be able to help you in a better way. Meanwhile you may start taking painkiller as voveranSR 75mg twice a day after meals and start an antibiotic as well.
Also check if you have fever.
