You can have a Heart attack at any age.But its rare for a younger age.It takes a years of abuse to damage anyones heart enough to cause a heart attack.attack below the age of 34 years is rare and 1 in 30,000 individuals.If you feel that you had one it might be a panic attack but get it checked once.
