How Would A Lesser Proportion Of Amniotic Fluid Effect On Pregnancy?

Hi am 29 yrs old.Iam 8 weeks pregnant.In todays scan doctor said amniotic fluid is lesser than expected.Already i ahd a miscarriage in 7th week of pregnancy.Please advise what can be done.She has suggested me to take one more scan tomorrow to confirm the liquor amount
