hi,endometrioisis is a common cause for infertility accounting for as high as 30-40%cases of infertility.endometriotic cysts in ovaries are what is called as chocolate cysts.chocolate cyst aspiration should be followed by trial for pregnancy immediately by the patient as they tend to refill.lupride injection which is gnrh agonist is usually used for management of endometriosis associated pain and less with any infertility associated with endometriosis.moreover leupride interferes with ovulation so reduces chances of pregnancy.in all likelihood in consultation with a gynaec you will have to get these chocolate cysts re aspirated.take care and all the best.
