Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
You should continue same medicines at present. Your sugar levels are under control.
My advice to you is -

1. Patients of diabetes should have sugar levels in following target levels.
FBSPP2BS HBA1C
2.You should do your FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c report every 3 monthly for adequate sugar control..

3 . Regular daily walking and strict diet control will help to reduce medicine burden in future and keep your sugar levels under control.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
