How To Treat Whitehead Bumps And Acne On Face?

Good afternoon, I started to use a acne wash cleanser for my face I had a little bit of acne before using it and I noticed on the second day these little whitehead bumps coming out on my forehead especially on my chin and cheeks. I stopped using it immediately. It looks like a rash from far away but when i loom closer in the mirror they look like little whiteheads, I don t know what to do. Can you please help. Thank you.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it might be due to allergic reaction to the facewash that you recently used leading to Contact Dermatitis..
Nothing to worry as they will resolve gradually..
You should take anti-allergics like Levocetrizine..
Do cool compresses over the bumps..
Avoid scratching them if there is itching as it can cause infection..
Wash your face frequently with cold water..
In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated..
