How To Treat Vitiligo When Skin Is Sensitive To Sunlight?

hi , i have vitiligo from childhood now it spread to nearly 50% or more of my body ,my skin is sensetive to sunlight so i can't use light treatment or laser>> i heard about diprovate
i need help please its begining to spread in my face..

Hello. Since you're saying it is already in 50% of your body, diprovate is not recommendable, because it is an steroids cream and if it's applied in such a large area, it can be absorbed by the skin, causing side effects. When the vitiligo is in over 50% of the body I recommend depigmentation treatments on the areas where the skin has not been affected by the vitiligo, so the skin looks uniform. This obviously needs to be done by a doctor.
