How To Treat Vision Problem With Headache,pressure,chest Tightness,breathing Difficulty And Left Arm Pain?

Suddenly today I started having severe vision problems that last several minutes, its not your normal vision issues, I can't explain it, with this problem I get headache pressure and tightness in my chest along with this I get pain in left arm radiates to my back and feel as if its hard to breath,

It seems like you had sudden onset diminution of vision lasted for few minutes associated with headache, pressure in the chest...
Headache associated with these kind of visual symptoms is typical of migraine headache. The visual symptoms are usually part of the aura before the headache.

The other causes for sudden and transient diminution of vision are transient ischemic attacks.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly depending on the cause.
