General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reasons for dizziness may be infection of the internal ear, secondary to the sinusitis, etc.
You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cinnerzine, ranitidine, cifixime, phenylefrine, and citrizine.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
