How To Treat Urticaria?

My son is 1.5 years old & below is his blood report. he was suffering from Urticaria. Medicine : Omnacortail 5mg & Phenergan. Also used Ritch Cream & Atonide Cream. Haemoglobin 12.7g/dl Erythrocyte Count 4.67million/cmm Total Leucocyte Count 14200/cmm, Differential Leucocyte Count : Neutrophils 47%, Lymphocytes 49%(A few reactive Lymphocytes present), Monocytes 3%, Eosinophils 1%, Basophils 0% Platelets : Adequate Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (Westergren) : 24mm Can you please let me know what does this blood report means & what should be my next step?? Hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.my opinion is that,
1.your sons WBC counts are increased.It may be due to hives.
2.take levocetrizine tablets twice daily for 7 days.
3.apply calamine lotion over the lesion.
4.dont scratch the lesions.
5.maintain good hygiene.
