Antibiotics should be changed according to the sensitivity if required. Possibility of problems like pyelonephritis or stonrs should be ruled out by doing ultrasound examination. Taking cranberry juice or barley water is good. Potassium citrate in water will be helpful to alkalize urine and will be helpful in relieving pain and infection faster. Hope this may help you.
