How To Treat Urinary Frequency After Intercourse?

I have had frequent, comparatively rougher sex with my boyfriend every day for the past week. And about two days ago I started feeling an urgent need to urinate, even though sometimes I would have gone just minutes before. On several occasions I experienced such an intense urgency to urinate and was unable to control it. My vagina also feels rather tender when I do go to the bathroom. Is it perhaps that my vagina is exceptionally sensitive after intercourse? How long will this last? What are some natural (non-drug use) method to rectify this?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Increased frequency of urination, urinary tract infection needs to be evaluated.
2. Tender vagina is due to rough sex. Vaginal douching can be done to reduce pain and infection.
3. Get a urine examination done to evaluate for urinary tract infection. Also get your partner evaluated as it could have spread between both. Pap smear will evaluate any cervical infection.
