How To Treat Tummy Pain?

Hi, I have bad tummy pain in my lower abdominal area on the left hand side, I have had it for 4 days now and just seems to be getting worse, I woke upk last night and took paracetamol then went back asleep and woke up with the pain again, i also feel very cold and although it is quit cold today I am shivering

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Pain in abdomen on the lower left side along with feeling cold and shivering is suggestive of an infection either in the intestine or urinary tract and this can be diagnosed by the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor.
Investigations of stool, blood, urine; ultrasonography of the abdomen.
And to get started on a proper antibiotic and symptomatic treatment as may be advised by your Doctor.
Take plenty of oral fluids to keep yourself well hydrated.
