How To Treat Trichotillomania And ADHD?

How can you help a child with trichotillomania and adhd. he pulls out his eyelashes. the stimulant for adhd makes it worse. the school is complaining about the pulling of the eyelashes, because they are afraid he will infect the eye. another problem is he is hearing impaired, so you cant talk to him about it. what do you do in a case like this
