How To Treat Torn Maniscus?

I Had a knee injury and ended up with a torn maniscus about 2 years ago they removed part of the tissue that was torn. I have been pain free ever since the surgery was done. Now just out of the blue the pain has returned. I do not want to have surgery as they will just take out more and I will not have anything left. I want to avoid any mote surgery. Is it possible to heal the knee with out surgery?

Hi,

I have read your query.

Yes apart from surgery there is still another option and that is knee lavage, steroid injection, P.R.P injection in the knee joint. All these will relieve your pain.

Try to avoid squatting and upstairs as much as you can.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

I hope it helps.
