How To Treat Torn Frenulum?

I have a torn frenulum, while having sex with my girlfriend. This happened recently. I have had sex with her before too, but it did not happen then. But recently, some two weeks back when it happened, I took rest for two weeks and when we tried again it started to bleed. any cure for this?
