How To Treat Tightness In Chest With BP -152/100 And Pulse 80?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am 30 years old & my blood pressure is 152 over 100 with a pulse of 80 my doctor gave me B.P. Medication but I didn't get it until this morning when my chest felt tight. Should I get to a doctor or hospital or just take my medication?

As per your age your BP is definitely on highr side.
I would like to know if you have any habits,like smoking or drinking.
Chest tightness ...is it increasing on exertion?
You have to rule it out ....its cardiac or non cardiac.
Other thing is ....hows your stress level.....Stress can also cause these symptoms.
