How To Treat The Pain Caused In Hip And In Lower Sacral?

I have had hip pain, tibial pain and lower sacral pain...all increased with ambulation and activity. It does not feel like muscle but actually deeper, bone pain. It seems as though intensity increases when I go to bed at night then it almost pulsates with pain making for broken sleep patterns, Pain level consistently ranges from never less than 4 and often goes to 7 or 8, Little relief from Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Naprosyn

Hi
I think you should get x ray lumbar spine done because the pathology seems to be in lumbar spine.
Probably it seems to be of prolapse intervertebral disc which impenges nerve root causing radiating pain.
You should have rest muscle relaxant along with analgesics and lumbar traction for 15days and if the pain does not get relieved then get an mri spine done to know the extent of pathology.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
