General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have gone through your concern in depth .

* Present problem of blood in stool is in relation with either fissure or
hemorrhoid issue which needs ano proctoscopy report by the
consultant surgeon , CT scan does not reveal it .

* What CT is showing prostate problem , gives rise to urinary issues ,
which I do not think at present you have so there is no issue of
surgery for prostate at this juncture .

Hope this will clear your doubt .
Welcome for any further guidance .

Regards dear .
