How To Treat Swollen Upper Stomach?

Hello, the upper part of my stomach is swollen - it looks weird as it is bigger than the lower part. I do not feel any pain, it does feel a bit uncomfortable though. My stomach feels full even after a little meal. It gets better after I had a lot of exercise only. What could be the cause of it? Thank you.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The commonest cause of feeling full and swollen upper part of upper abdomen can be the gastric outlet obstruction developed over a long time in gradual way.
This can be diagnosed by the following way.
Upper GI endoscopy.
Barium meal and follow through.
CT scan of abdomen may be needed.
All these along with clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon can give your the most proper diagnosis and plan for management.
