How To Treat Swollen Throat?
Last month my exboyfriend tried to strangle me. I heard a pop in my neck and felt like i couldnt breathe for a minute. Since that day when i eat it feels lile i have a swollen throat and when i swallow i hear a light pop. Im so scared to go to the doctor... Im so ashamed.

For pain and inflammation anti-inflammatory drug like ibuprofen might prescribed for five days
Hot compression useful over back of neck
Avoid strenuous work and take rest
