How To Treat Swelling And Pain In Knee Caused Due To Sprain?
Hi . I torque ( twisted) my knee and it broke down and fell. At the time my knee was sore. The next day I was unable to walk or put weight on it. If I moved it the wrong way it would be very painful. My knee is swollen and very tender to the touch on the inside part.Thank you - Randi

Hi,
It seems that there might be having ligament or maniscus injury and some blood collection your injured knee.
Consult orthopedic surgeon as if un-treated might give some parmenant problem in your joint.
Meanwhile give complete rest to joint.
Do patellar exercises.
Apply ice pack on affected part.
Ok and take care.
