General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Connie and welcome.

The causes can range from parasitic infections, eczema, fungal infections, psoriasis to insect bites, allergic reaction, systemic conditions. It is very difficult to tell without a physical examination and laboratory investigations to add up and provide a conclusive diagnosis. Please visit a doctor at the earliest.

Best wishes.
