How To Treat Sun-tan On Face And Body?

Hi doc. I am Sanjay. I am living in New Zealand and i am working as a door to door salesman. So i am under the sun the whole day. I have losy my skin color. I was fair and now my hands and face have blemished. I wish to gain my color back and i also want to know how to maintain it since i am spending most of the time outside. I would want you to suggest any pills or cream for that. I rather prefer pills because its more comfortable for my situation. Many thanks Sanjay

Hi.
As per your case history you are having tanning.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on dark skin.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical hydroquinone, chemical peeling done by dermatologist.

Thanks.
