How To Treat Stomach Upset?

dear sir,

i am feeling discmfort in my stomach for the last 3 days.i have taken pantop d for 2days but no results.upper stomach is giving burning sensation.today i have taken Razo d and gelusil mps.some relief igot today but not completely.pl. advise

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Discomfort and burning sensation in upper stomach in spite of Pantop D or Razo D with Gelusil can be most probably due to acidity related problems and added on with anxiety and/or stress as the instigating or enhancing factors along with lack of sleep of dietary changes and so on.
This can be diagnosed the best by upper GI Endoscopy and H pylori test; this also helps to get the diagnosis of any ulcer and hiatus hernia with or without esophagitis.
Continue Razo D or Pantop D.
Continue gelusil when on empty stomach.
Soft bland diet without oily and spicy food.
Early dinner.
Good 8 hours sleep.
Identify the instigating and enhancing factors and avoid then at any cost.
