How To Treat Stomach Upset Condition?

Hi Doctor. Good Morning. I have a stomach upset. The problem is nothing seems to be staying in my stomach. I had pancakes for breakfast. I have been having this problem for the past 2 days. I had spinach on Sunday afternoon and that is wwhat has triggered this. Please help me. Thanks & Regards

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of stomach upset, nothing staying down, has pancakes for breakfast, spinach on Sunday which has caused this.
I would advise you the following:
Since nothing is staying down, even the medicines may be vomited and hence will not be effective.
In such situations one should go for Injections to control the vomiting, intravenous fluids and electrolytes to counter the imbalance or dehydration.
Get a PPI too and antacid every 3 hours.
Once the vomiting stops, you can get the oral medications and other medicines as needed.
