How To Treat Stomach Uneasiness With Nausea?

I have a typical problem of uneasiness in my stomach. This includes paid in the middle of the stomach just below the chest..combined with heaviness and nausea-tic feeling . The food intake is generally less oily and less spicy in normal quantity. aforesaid symptoms have a spell of few days to several weeks, due to these I am not able to maintain my normal diet and loosing weight too.

I can understand your concern for your symptoms.
1) Your symptoms are suggestive of re-flux.
2) This is a condition in which stomach acid move up into esophagus due to weak junction between stomach and esophagus.
3) This lead to inflammation (redness and swelling) in lower part of esophagus.
4) Upper GI endoscopy can confirm this condition.
5) Use of medication for acidity, medication to prevent nausea and medication to improve stomach movement will help to reduce symptoms.
6) This is a medical condition and use of medicines with diet-modification will help to reduce symptoms.
