How To Treat Spots On Skin Caused Due To Fungal Infection Inspite Of Using Ketoconazole?

My pcp who prescribed me econozole nitrate cream for my spotting told me to put the cream on and be in the sun, a pa who prescribed me ketoconazole didn t say much, online research shows that the skin fungus reacts to the sun light and grows. Previously when using econozole and gping in the sun, made the spots disappear and I stopped using the cream. Now with ketoconazkle the spots are spreading. What do I do

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It appears from the description that the skin spots is not just fungal infection alone, but it is a mixed infection. Hence it is still persisting despite using fungal cream.
In addition, kindly use cream which contains Salicilic acid with zinc oxide twice daily, which should help you to cure the lesions.
Also you can use Calamine lotion at night to retain soothening effect of your skin.
