How To Treat Sore Throat?

A few days ago i woke up stuffed up and with a sore throat. Since then it has changed between a runny nose and stuffed up, my ears are popping, and a cough. Also, when i breathe, it feels like something is in my chest, almost like i am wheezing but i have no serious allergies. What should i do?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for the query.
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , Antihistaminic levocetirizine with Montelukast combination , Antibiotic azithromycin for 7 days.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
Hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
