How To Treat Sore Throat And Chest Pain After Smoking Rollies?

hey, i used to smoke 10 fags a day for a year 1 year ago but for the past year i have been smoking rollies (self rolled cigarettes) without filters. to make it worse these were illegal cigarettes purchased from cigarette dealers. they had lots of bad chemicals in. anyway for the past 5 days i have had a very sore throat and chest, when i cough it feels like it is being ripped apart and burned at the same time. whenever i go outside to smoke my chest area hurts really badly in the same place where it hurts when i cough. do i have cancer? or something else wrong with me?

Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
um... cigarette addiction, lung irritation at the very least. cannot say from there. and... inflammatory processes would benefit from stopping all exposure to chemicals/irritants and anti-inflammatory drugs (inhaled steroids perhaps).
