How To Treat Sore Mole On Breast?

I have a mole on my breast which has large circle. I have received two doses of an antibiotic. the redness is slowing disappearing but the mole is sore. I am scheduled for a mammogram in the morning if I can stand the pain. It has nasty smell and is leaking fluid. What do you suggesrt?

It appears to be an abscess. Kindly get examined by a surgeon for proper clinical examination and most probably this abscess has to be incised and drained completely under local anesthesia.
