Hello,

There seem to be multiple problems at hand, most of which are known to occur together. I am not sure if the ECG of heart was indicative of anything abnormal, and as to why was iodine prescribed.
I would like to know if you have had any complaints suggestive of a decreased thyroid functioning in the last 6 months i.e. slowness in work/speaking/moving around, decrease in appetite but increase in weight, hoarseness in voice, swelling in legs or feeling cold very easily.

Coming to the problem of sleep apnoea and its associated hypertension (high blood pressure) and the nausea/tiredness, i feel that managing sleep apnoea effectively will help reduce the additional symptoms.

The first step in managing sleep apnoea is to reduce weight if it is above advisable range for your body height. Change in posture during sleep, from supine (on back) to a lateral (on your sides) also helps.
If these techniques do not help, then the most popular treatment option is CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) mask during sleep. It works very well for most cases and is very convenient to routine use.

I suggest you to contact your regular doctor regarding the above treatment options. You may also consider taking additional medication from your physician to control the blood pressure levels.

I hope this helps you make a choice of treatment options. I will be happy to help in case of further queries.
