How To Treat Sleep Apnea In A Toddler?

My son is 3 1/2 years. He has recently been having difficulty breathing. I have been saying it is like he has sleep apnea? He is always thirsty...and today I noticed a knot (glands?) in his neck - not one small knot - a knot about the size of a pecan (under the skin) but visible on surface.

i think it is lymph node. will get normally after some time. if he is having breathing problem then you should consult a local doctor to rule out any infection. it is not sleep apnea as it occurs during sleep time only and child gets up suddenly as he feels asphyxiated. so don't worry. hope my answer is helpful and thankful to you. have a healthy and happy life. take care
