How To Treat Sinus Pressure Headache Accompanied With Vomiting, Pain In The Lower Back?

I have been sick since Monday with vomiting, extreme headache, sinus pressure, and now this terrible pain in my lower back on the left side. I am starting to feel better, except this pain in my back. It hurts to sit, lay down, anything. Could this be from throwing up so much? What could be causing this pain?

Hi thanks for asking question.

You could have acute viral infection that can lead such constitutional symptoms.

Treat it symptomatically.ex.Antihistaminic drug and for congestion relief oxymetazoline can taken.steam inhalation useful.

Do your CBC ..
If neutrophilia - bacterial infection
If lymphocytosis - viral infection

Treat bacterial infection with antibiotic.

If fever also present with neck rigidity then meningitis like condition also ruled out.CSF examination might needed.

If abdominal pain present USG done.

For vomiting domperidone can taken.

Wish you good health.
Take care
